RWA® members are welcome to submit articles, however, the Newsletter Editors have discretion in accepting articles for publication. RWA® Chapters may use Cactus Rose Sandscripts material if they credit the author and newsletter. Non-RWA® groups or individuals must obtain permission from authors of the articles.

Submission Format Guidelines

For all articles use one-inch margins, justify left, Times New Roman font 12, single-space, a double space to denote a new paragraph, not indents. Do not use: page numbers, headers or footers (put footnotes at the end of the article), page or section breaks, bold lettering, italics (underline words to be italicized), or hidden word processing codes. File format: MSWord, Word Perfect, rtf, or text file. Send as an email attachment. Please do not send an article as an email. Questions?
